"Tanya has always been very serious about her sports - especially tennis. It's 'go Go GO' with this girl... well, most of the time, anyway. She's very bright, too (don't let her oft confused expression fool you), and envisions the possibility of scholarships in her future. Organized to the point where change is something she has a hard time dealing with - and this includes relationships. Deep inside, her self-esteem is very low, and being teased by one of the school's biggest heartthrobs doesn't help. Technically, Deacon isn't doing so malignantly, and thinks of it only in the spirit of fun; he's even let her try on his glasses, once. But she doesn't really know what to make of it all, and, truth be told, she'd almost prefer that he left her alone.
